Company Background:
The Company is a craft spirit distillery in the State of Washington. Our products include Flavored Whiskey, Vodka, Whiskey, Single Malt, Whiskey, Gin & other delicious products.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Production Manager will assist the Production Manager to ensure the highest quality of standards are met to create the highest quality of spirits.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for daily cleaning of all equipment, hoses, tanks, etc.
- Assist when needed with production including the sourcing of raw materials, mashing, fermentation, distillation, maturation, blending, bottling, and shipping preparation of product.
- Will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager to help create a production schedule for the company.
- Will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager with inventory management of spirits, raw materials to include but not be limited to grain, yeasts, enzymes, bottles, labels, corks, barrels, etc.
- Will be responsible for the tracking of spirits produced, barreled, transferred, stored, blended, and bottled for the purpose of the state and TTB reporting requirements.
- Additional responsibilities include constant attention to quality control, organization, sanitary standards, and always maintaining a clean working environment.
Manufacturing Environment:
- The manufacturing environment involves approximately 95% of the time standing or walking, part of which will include lifting and bending. The Assistant Production Manager must be able to lift 50lbs for a sustained period of time.
- A flexible schedule is needed as the hours and days worked may change based on production needs.
- Must be able to work closely with others on the production team and communicate with others as necessary to ensure safe work practices.
- Assist in maintaining all bottling line equipment, including cleaning and resetting
- Perform other tasks as necessary and as requested by the Production Manager or General Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The Operator must be at least 21 years old, have a high school education (or equivalent), and be able to work in the state of Washington.
- Must meet or exceed production requirements and quotas.
- Communicate problems or issues effectively in order to keep the operation running.
- Must be able to work with a team and have an ambitious attitude.
- Perform all duties with courtesy, friendliness, and enthusiasm.
- Adhere to rules, regulations, and company policies that are published for employees.
