Whether you're looking to create your own whiskey over time with the 5-Gallon Barrel Club, or prefer the immediacy of filling your own bottle straight from the cask with the Hand Filled Program, there’s something for everyone. Each path offers a distinctive way to connect with the craft and take home a spirit that's truly your own.

Experience the art of whiskey-making with our Barrel Club Hand-Filled Program—perfect for those who want a unique, premium bottle without the wait. Fill straight from the cask, choosing between our 4-year aged Rye or Wheated Bourbon, each offered at cask strength with the option of filtered or unfiltered.Personalize your bottle with a custom label, painted glass, and your signature on the ticket, with optional Black or Gold wax sealing to finish the look.
There are no minimums, so whether you leave with one bottle or several, the experience is entirely yours. Bottles can be picked up Thursdays between 12–2pm or 2–4pm.

5-Gallon Program
For the whiskey lover who enjoys the journey and wants to invest in a truly personal experience.
Join the Pursuit 5-Gallon Barrel Club and create a whiskey that’s all your own. Over a year-long aging process, you’ll receive two personalized samples—at 4 months and 8 months—to taste and track your barrel’s development.
At the end of the journey, you’ll have the option to add a hands-on bottling experience à la carte, where you can label and bottle your whiskey, resulting in a one-of-a-kind spirit that reflects your personal flavor journey.
